Recently returned from a weekend staying here. Couldn’t have been happier with the service received. I had booked this hotel for a weekend away to celebrate my Husbands birthday. I contacted the hotel a week before our arrival and paid to …
Rooms:
Was all right, not great. Missing a minibar, coffee and so on. There was a bed and it was OK, nothing spectacular
Location: Great and close to the city
Service: Non existing. The guys at the front desk barely said hi when you walked by. Seemed like service wasn’t really what they were there for.
There is no bar at the place and the breakfast is overpriced. Not a place I would ever stay again.
We stayed at the 4th floor. Smell in the hallway was disgusting. Walls were some places dirty.
Cleaning we didn’t see as they only clean every third day and we stayed there for three days.
For the price there is about 600 hotels I would rather book next time.
We had a great mini vacation and luckily we were only at the hotel to sleep.
Good hotel. There is a spa here on the underground floors. Me and some friends had a fun time drinking cocktails in the hotub😅
Strange thing for me was the no swimsuit rule in the saunas.
The rooms were very big and clean with good facilities.
Recommend when visiting Prague! A great value, however I didn't opt for the breakfast which seemed very expensive.
The room is great and location is also perfect.
However, we were informed that breakfast was served until 11h. We arrived at 10h30 and because it was a public holiday (which since we are not from Prague, we don’t know it was a holiday) the breakfast closed earlier. We were not informed about this. They said we could take the food to our room and eat there. However, the food was almost all gone. Not the kind of service we expect when we paid so much for one room. Disappointing.
We booked room with one king bed for couple, but they gave us room with two beds. We found hair in bathroom. The room was not bad, but not what we expected. The hotel has a spa that operates separately from the hotel. At least we didn't see a message anywhere that the spa would not be open on weekends and maybe it would have been good to have such a message. The breakfast was good. The hotel is in a good location and quick access to the old town and the metro.
We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms are spacious and really nice. Lots of storage in the rooms. A bit off the beaten path but only about a 20-25 minute walk to Old Town. Great that you can cast your streaming services to the televisions …
This hotel is on a quiet street very close to the Old Town and many of Prague’s attractions. It looks like it was recently renovated and the rooms are very nicely designed, the bed is comfortable, bathroom is modern and the shower was good… …
Unfortunately we received a different room. Smaller, separate beds and without a city view. Asking in reception, they informed us that was because the hotel is fully booked. It’s the first time I see someone having a downgrade instead of an …
